The Supervisory Board of CENZIN Sp. z o.o. concluded the recruitment process for positions on the Company’s Management Board on April 15, 2026, appointing Paweł Terlecki as President of the Management Board for the 14th term and deciding to maintain a single-member Management Board.

The recruitment process, announced in March 2026, covered the positions of Management Board Member and President of the Management Board. As a result, the Supervisory Board appointed Paweł Terlecki as President of the Management Board, while deciding not to fill the position of Management Board Member. Paweł Terlecki, previously a Member of the Management Board and Acting President of the Management Board of CENZIN Sp. z o.o., who has been managing the Company since November 2024, was formally dismissed from his previous role on April 15, 2026, in connection with assuming the position of President of the Management Board as of April 16, 2026.
